How many people can your venue accommodate?
Avenues Event Center can comfortably seat 175 guests at round tables. We can seat 400 auditorium style. We will help you to find the best layout to fit your needs.
What food options does Avenues Event Center have available to me?
We have a full culinary team on-site to meet all your needs. Our chef is happy to work with you to make sure your getting the quality that will make your event perfect, however most of our clients find that our existing menu offerings are perfect for their event!
Do rental fees change if I am renting Avenues for a weeklong training meeting?
We would love to work with you and accommodate your budget and schedule. Please contact our sales staff to get a custom quote. We take everything into consideration.
Can you accommodate special meals?
Absolutely! If you have restrictions or concerns, please let us know and we are happy to work with you.
Can we bring outside food into your venues?
Red Rock Catering is the exclusive cater for Avenues and they are known for great quality food at different price points to insure everyone gets what they need. Full wedding cakes and candies are permitted to be brought in for your event at no additional charge.
Are there food minimums at Avenues?
No! Red Rock is happy to accommodate your event and do not require a food and beverage minimum.
Is there a sound system available?
We have full audio and visual capabilities.
Can I bring in decorations?
Of course! You are free to bring in your own decorations. Nothing can be attached to the walls or ceiling without special permission. No confetti or glitter please.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes! Our venue is all one level and as on-site level parking.
What about parking?
The parking is flat and free!
Do you give special discounts to Non-Profits?
Yes! We want to be part of making your event a success so please ask about special discounts for non-profit organizations.
